While coaching content is customized to fit individual needs within the packages, clients typically enter into a six month commitment of twice monthly, one hour calls, where we clarify goals, revisit and edit limiting narratives, rebuild foundational systems by introducing new resources that build healthy, happy habits. The process is informative, enlightening, exciting and, ultimately, as easeful as I want your results to feel. LET’S GET STARTED!

One Hour
A down and dirty 60 minute session to discuss one or two topics that are grinding your gears right now. This is a perfect opportunity to pick my brain and get advice on your specific—including, but not limited to: meal planning, home maintenance routines, making space (physical, mental or otherwise), or finding a way to commit to creative endeavors.

Ongoing coaching is the doorway to make lasting change.
