The passage of time never fails to blow my mind. Before you know it, it’s December 31 and time to close the chapter on another year.
Looking back on 2011 makes me happy. My husband and I settled into our second year of marriage with the delightful conclusion that we are both rather wonderful at choosing a life mate. We have both been working on slowing down so we don’t feel stretched too thin like we did in our first year. It’s going well, but I am still working at it. My biggest accomplishment was starting up Rosy Blu…it’s still a baby, but I’ve learned a lot since I did my first sale back in June.
I’m not one to go nuts over resolutions, but I can tell you that I have exciting plans for blog posts this year on RosyBluHandmade.com, and big dreams of a more fabulous Etsy shop. I plan to keep plugging away on projects at home, like finishing my new worktable, giving my studio a mini-makeover, re-doing the guest room and painting the TV room downstairs (pictures will follow when I’m done!).
