Desire is a potent incentive.
It helps us grow, it motivates us, it changes us into new selves.
Be careful where you point that thing.
To desire something new can be a wonderful thing, to stretch and grow and evolve. But if you choose to desire only that which is new/better/different than what you already hold in your hands, you’ll quickly discover it’s quite impossible to be satisfied. Too much wanting what you don’t have can keep you from seeing what you already have. If you aren’t seeing and appreciating the blessings you have right this moment, how can you be sure you’ll love and appreciate what you get later?
Sometimes, the thing you need most is to sink your feet in where you are, soak in your surroundings, and feel joy + gratitude for exactly where you’re at and what you’ve got, without adding a thing.
If this speaks to you, come a little closer, friend.
LOVE WHAT YOU HAVE:
An Email Course
A 3-week email course Love What You Have is a course delivered via email, one lesson each day, designed to shine a spotlight on what you already have. To gather it all up, give it a great big hug and feel the effects of the abundance around you. Throughout the series of emails, we’ll take stock of what you’ve got (and maybe find some things you forgot about!), make time to enjoy and appreciate your favorite things, and find ways to seize the blessings that are all but poking you in the nose.

Here’s a sampling of what you’ll learn:
❤ How to avoid the temptation of loving what you don’t have, yet.
❤ How to experience luxury without spending a penny.
❤ How to feel like you got new stuff (without actually getting new stuff).
❤ How purging what you don’t love is necessary to make room for what you do love.
❤ What it means to “spend out”, and how it will change your shopping + consuming habits forever.
❤ How to embrace free resources and amenities for fun + profit.
❤ How do look for absolute perfection in your life.
❤ Saying no to make room for yesses.
❤ How to really make your stuff yours.
❤ How to defend yourself from comparison: the thief of joy.
❤ How to deal with stuff that’s broken or insufficient.
❤ How to streamline a routine to accentuate what you love.
I want to put the tools in your hands to remind you how to love what you have, even when things aren’t perfect. (Especially when things aren’t perfect.)
Testimonials & Reviews
“Love What You Have is such a powerful and easy method away from clutter, overwhelm and lack into spaciousness, ease and prosperity for home and heart. I loved how straightforward and doable each lesson was. These simple tips, tricks and actions added time and energy to my day. Michelle should promise instant riches and wealth beyond your wildest dreams with this course. How else can you describe the satisfaction of really living and loving your own success story? Thank you, Michelle, for the incredible work you are doing.”
~ Meg Worden, Health Coach
“I loved this course! Michelle found a way to be practical, thoughtful and spiritual all at once. This course really got me thinking about how I use my resources (or allow them to gather dust!), how I can better appreciate my belongings, and how I can better honor my time. I especially liked the ‘daily assignments’. They were easy to do BUT really helped to bring the lessons home! These simple actions made me think a bit harder about what I was purchasing, why I was and more importantly, what I was wasting. I feel like a more mindful consumer (I still like buying stuff but am going to be more thoughtful from this point on).”
– Theresa Reed, The Tarot Lady
“I signed up for the Love What You Have course because I was curious how I could shift my focus on what I didn’t have to enjoy and love what I do have. The concepts in the course were so simple but so valuable. Now that I’m finished with the course, I feel like I have new tools and a different perspective on the things I do have in my life—and it’s OK to just take a slower pace and smell the roses.”

“I just wanted to let you know how much I’m enjoying the course. This morning I could hardly wait until 7:30 arrived and I could read your fabulous content. Keep up the great work and I’ll be waiting with bated breath for tomorrow’s installment!”
~ Diann
“The most impactful aspect of the course for me was the concept of ‘spending out’. I have many beautiful and loved things, but don’t always put them to good use. The course made me realize that it’s silly to be so precious about what/who sits on my gorgeous antique sofa, and not using my handmade soaps just because it’ll leave a gap in the gift basket is goofy. (I could go on for a LONG time…) Now that I’m finished with the course, I’m feeling more conscious about what I have, and putting it to good use rather than going out and buying more stuff. I’m also super focused (more than usual) on shopping locally and putting my hard earned dollars to more effective and better use. I guess the course has made me more of a conscious consumer, which is great!”

FAQ
How does this course work?
After you sign up, you’ll receive an email each weekday for 3 weeks. You’ll receive an introductory email within 24 hours of registering, then the first lesson will hit your inbox on the following Monday morning. Each email will discuss a different aspect of loving what you have, plus ideas for incorporating each one into your life and routines. At the end of the course, you’ll have a toolbox of ways to love what you have, which you can refer back to again and again.
I’m a busy person. How much time is this going to take?
Each lesson is about the length of a blog post—you can read it in ten minutes or less, and there’s no need to read them in order. Each lesson comes with an optional assignment (which feedback says is students’ favorite part of the course!) that takes as little as 2 minutes. The greatest benefit is changing the way you think about what you have, what you want and what you need—so I promise you, you can fit this into your busy schedule.
How do I know the course will be worth my money?
This course will give you the tools to help you pinch every ounce of enjoyment and use out of every dollar you spend—now and forever—by using and loving what you have and not letting it go to waste. Knowing this is my own philosophy, I don’t take your course investment lightly—and I know this course will deliver true, ongoing value in your life. I urge you to consider how much you spend when you go shopping and buy things you don’t need (I used to have that habit, and it was costly), or how much time, energy and money you’re wasting by chasing “new + better” while not taking advantage of the resources you already have. Is it worth $47 in the long run to plug those leaks and find assets to love that you already have, but didn’t even see before?
What is your refund policy?
I don’t offer refunds on this course, so please shop mindfully. You can trust that the content of this course is consistent with the way I communicate on my blog—if you like what you read elsewhere, it’s a fair bet you’ll enjoy this as well. I certainly know that others who have taken the course have felt nothing but love. If you have questions or concerns before purchasing, email me.
What if I still have more questions?
If you still have questions after reading this page, feel free to get in touch and I’ll do my best to answer them.
