Oh hello, beautiful!
I’m trying a new thing. Instead of writing, I decided to try recording a quick audio clip for you…like a podcast, but short and to the point.
It’s the heart of winter here in Minnesota, and when February hit I noticed the telltale signs of seasonal dry air…specifically, I keep accidentally shocking the cats when I pet them (oops!). Also: dry skin.
A friend of me asked what I do to remedy dry skin at this time of year. She asked me in particular, because she knows I like all-natural solutions to these types of things, and I think she also knows I get quite chatty about stuff like this. (Turns out, I have a lot of Things to Say.)
Listen to the audio below to learn my personal favorite all-natural tips to soothe your dry skin, including the difference between synthetic and natural moisturizers, my favorite moisturizing oils and my best tip for dry, cracked hands.
Note: The DIY vaseline recipe mentioned in the audio clip is in the I Don’t Buy That ebook, which you can purchase here.
P.S. Do you have feedback on this new format, or a topic you’d like answered in a future post? Leave a comment or email me!
