Hello sweet friend!
Yesterday was the spring equinox: the first day of Spring in the northern hemisphere, and one of just two days in the entire year that day and night, light and dark, were in perfect balance with one another—the exact same length—all over the world.
I’m soaking in the tremendously encouraging reminder from nature about balance and how naturally fleeting it is: the entire rest of the year the planet is slowly but surely shifting away from balance…then back toward it…then touching perfection ever-so-briefly before swinging away again. Repeating the rhythm.
We’re not supposed to be in perfect balance all of the time. What a relief, right?
I am writing to share a little something I made for you. It’s called The Book of Spring, and if you’re craving a deeper immersion into the seasons changing outside your door, this is it. In it, I share tons of simple, practical ways to incorporate nature’s rhythms into your daily life—to let the metaphorical rains of spring wash away the mud and get you ready for new growth.
Perhaps the best part is the spring cleaning checklist—something my readers, and fans of my ever so reasonable cleaning checklist, have been requesting for literally years.
If this rings your bell, just click the button below to see pictures, a list of what’s included and purchase
And in any case, please accept my best wishes for a happy spring!
Til next time,
Michelle
